How to request
Email contact@tulector.com from the account email and indicate whether you request access, correction, update, deletion, objection or portability. Include institution, role and request scope.
Validation
We may request additional information to confirm identity, institutional authorization or legal representation before making changes to academic data.
Timing
TuLector should respond within a reasonable period and prioritize requests related to security, account deletion or student data.
Deletion
Deletion may exclude records that must be kept for legal obligations, security, billing, audit or defense of rights. Where possible, unnecessary information is minimized or anonymized.
