Data we process
We may process name, email, institution, role, classes, student identifiers, assessments, answers, scores, generated files, sheet images and technical records required for security, support and service improvement.
Purposes
We use data to create accounts, read answer sheets, calculate results, deliver reports, prevent abuse, resolve support requests and send commercial information when the user explicitly asks for it.
Student data
When an institution uses TuLector with students, the institution remains responsible for required permissions and legal bases. TuLector should operate with minimization, role permissions and institution-level separation.
Providers
TuLector may use infrastructure and external services such as Supabase, Vercel, Google, Apple and payment or email providers. They should receive only the data required to provide the requested service.
Retention
Data is kept while there is an active account, an institutional relationship, a legal obligation or a reasonable operational need. Images and technical logs should have retention periods defined by plan or contract.
Rights
Users may request access, correction, update, deletion, objection or portability when applicable. Requests are received at contact@tulector.com or through the data request page.
